Finished this one just in time for the second annual BridgeaLife fundraiser. The painting is based on the BridgeaLife SuperHero 5K, held every year at Benderson Park. The idea behind the 5K is that everyone involved in the fostering and adopting process is a superhero. The scene shows a family cheering on their mom as she approaches the finish line--all of them superheros:).  There are no other runners in sight.  Is she last?  Is she first?  She is finishing the race, and that is all that matters.
